The interview was comfortable and fun. I sat down with two of the store's managers. There was a buy test in the beginning where you talk about some clothes they've hand selected - they want to hear you really talking about the styles and the reasons you would/wouldn't take an item. Be confident! Then there's a series of questions -lots fashion related and customer situations you've dealt with in the past.
Come prepared to talk about the company.

3 rounds. 1st round you are assigned a rack in the store and have to select 6 items, 3 you think will move fast and 3 you think won't. 2nd is a standard interview. 3rd is a reference check and a pricing quiz.

easy, very average interviews but had to do 3 rounds of interviews which was time consuming and seemed like overkill for the job and unnecessary but what ever. managers were super nice and I liked their company mission
