Entrevista
A 3 step interview process, if you are called back for the third and final interview they have already decided to hire you, they are just finalizing the process. At the first interview they will ask you to pull out clothes from a bag, performing a "mock buy" and say whether you would buy or pass on an item.

3 rounds. 1st round you are assigned a rack in the store and have to select 6 items, 3 you think will move fast and 3 you think won't. 2nd is a standard interview. 3rd is a reference check and a pricing quiz.
There were 3 interviews. First, an informal interview. For the next interview I was quizzed on current styles for men and women. At the final interview I was offered the job

easy, very average interviews but had to do 3 rounds of interviews which was time consuming and seemed like overkill for the job and unnecessary but what ever. managers were super nice and I liked their company mission
