Candidatei-me pessoalmente. Fui entrevistado pela Buffalo Exchange (Houston, TX) em fev. de 2023
Entrevista
I walked in and applied for the location in Houston, TX. First two interviews went well, and I was told I would get called back with an offer. They called me back to come in (didn’t say anything about a third interview) and I thought they would discuss payroll and scheduling with me but ended up surprising me with a third interview, and they asked me to pick out clothes under a category only a seasoned fashion school student would be familiar with. I figured three interviews to work for a management team that’s not only terrible at basic communication but also for a starting pay at $15/hr is unacceptable.

First interview: find clothes that would sell and ones that should be taken off the racks Second: basic interview questions Third: find clothes under a super niche category which they will provide for you but won’t describe what it is even if you ask (they tell you “just try your best”)

Asked about current trends. 3 interviews, first one was general info/availability second was a buy/pass test based on clothing the manager picked. last interview they had me pick items from the store that would sell well. I named current trends and picked items that matched those trends.
Overall I had three interviews. Great experience, they're really just trying to get to know you and see if you really know about current fashion trends and how you do to keep up with the fashion.
