there are totally three interviews. Interview questions are all posted online, and you can search them very easily. I just add one I was asked and haven't found online. "Tell us a former manager you admire". All the questions are not very difficult.

They called me a few weeks after I applied, only asked me a couple questions. One of them was "why should we hire you?"
Went in for a second interview, first they asked me to go through the dresses and pick out three things that I thought would sell quickly and three that I thought would not sell quickly. Then I showed those to the hiring manager and explained my reasoning. She asked me a few more questions after that, mostly about how I would describe my style and clothing trend knowledge. After that, she asked for one reference for a former employer and scheduled me for a final interview which is happening in a couple days.

i made through to one phone screening, and two in person interviews. a lot about clothes, trends, and how I would describe my style. so many interviews and a waste of time IMO for a retail job.

what are 3 trends from this year and how do they differ from trends in the last year?
Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Buffalo Exchange (New York, NY).
Entrevista
There were 3 interviews to go through. First was a screener basically, meaning they ask you about your resume and some generic questions like where you like to shop, your past experience, etc. For the second one, they have you pull items from a specific category and discuss what items you would have bought in and what items you would have passed on and explain why. This is basically a test on if you are keeping up with the trends, it sounds like a bigger deal than it is. If they ask you back for a third "interview" you got it! The third "interview" is when they review the position and have you fill out paperwork if you bring the right documents, so it's where they offer you the position.
