Handed in CV with my availability got a interview a week later. I got shown cards with photos of scenarios of customer and workers interacting and you had to explain what was happening. For example, one card showed a crew members back facing a customer and i had to explain that that was wrong and that the customer would have felt ignored and annoyed. Turn up to the interview clean looking, suit is not needed as long as you look smart.

It was quick and easy, the manager that did it seemed haired and not prepared. He did seem to have a hands on approach when I waited for the interview, it did seem like he was understaffed.

The interview was brief and straightforward. I wasn't too nervous at first and tried to make myself feel more at ease. The interviewer asked great questions and made me feel comfortable.
