Entrevista
I submitted an application, online, on Monday. The very next morning I got a call from the manager to come in for a interview. The process was pretty relaxed, she took my info (address, employment history,etc). My second interview was scheduled for a week later, enough time for me to get a food handler license. The second interview was a little longer than the first, mostly because we had to review the employee manual. Then I reviewed training videos for two shifts before I actually started working.

"Give an example of a time you met a difficult situation and overcame it."
1min talk. vary fast, just ask about my age, and ask me to povide more docs that needed. I mean if they are urgent to hire, the interview is just a process if you are not a mentaly illed person
I was seated and given a beverage. The hiring manager asked me what my availability was. I gave him my availability and he hired me. It was a quick and painless process .

It was a clearly defined process with many applicants being interviewed at the same time. This was off putting and difficult, however my interviewer was very composed and asked appropriate questions.
