I filled an application out in store, I asked for a manager to talk to and they interviewed me. I was hired on the spot. In the interview I had to go over how flexible I was in scheduling and if I was called in to never tell the boss no. You had to work on holidays always. It was not that hard to get a job there. the job is demanding though. But nothing I couldn't handle
The interview process was very quick and efficient. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The hiring manager was very kind and just asked behavioral questions. "How do you work in a team"? "Why do you want to work here". Stuff like that
Long and boring. I met all of their requirements but they wouldn’t hire me. The interviewer was fake nice. But aleast she offered me a drink. I interviewed with them 4 times, all denied.
