I emailed a recruiter that I would be a great fit for the position and that I just applied for it. The next day the recruiter reached out to me and set up a phone interview with the program manager for the following day. The phone interview lasted about 3 minutes (took place on a Thursday). The following Monday I was informed that I was selected.

A day after I submitted my application online, the recruiter set up interview on Teams with the attorney I would be working with if I got the position. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.

Entrevista
Great experience! Very easy and laid back. The CACI team really sells you to the government agency. Additionally, they are very open to communication between the recruiters and the client facing CACI employee.
Phone interview only after online screening and emails communications. Basic resume review, discussion of contract group and team dynamics, review of experience in database management and comment review platforms as well as research and writing experience with lexis and west law.
