Preliminary phone call from the recruiter. Secondary phone call by actual hiring manager. Brought in for in person interview with same hiring manager and received offer letter several days later. Vacancy on contract helped expedite the process considerably.
We discussed my background and responsibilities of the job to see if I was a good fit. The interviewer was really laid back. We discussed the day-to-day interactions. There were the typical, "for example" scenarios. The interview was appropriate for the position and relied on both of us to make the correct choice for our interests.

Entrevista
The interview was a rotating panel interview. I was able to talk to people who I would work with as well as people who were in the role I was applying for. Great experience!
Efficient and effective; they were respectful of my time. They acknowledged that I was "interviewing them" at the same time they were interviewing me. They listened to all of my questions and provided succinct answers.
