TL;DR: I had a poor experience with a CACI job offer: low initial offer, denied counter, denied signing/retention bonus, and blocked Leidos opportunity on CACI contract for a separate position. I applied for a Mid-Level CACI Intelligence Analyst position and, after a positive interview experience, received an offer I believe is most likely below market rates. Despite being denied a small raise or signing/retention bonus, I accepted the offer due to my deep interest in the role and great mission. However, I withdrew just two days after accepting the conditional offer due to better opportunities. Later, when pursuing a different role with Leidos on the same contract, I was informed that CACI's policy regarding former candidates prevented further consideration for unknown reasons. While my interactions with CACI were positive and professional, the outcome was unexpected and disappointing because in practice, it feels like CACI blocked me from pursuing opportunities with a separate company because I rejected their offer. I recommend potential candidates be careful before accepting then declining a job offer with CACI, or they may be penalized when pursuing other opportunities with the company. If CACI has additional information, I am open to updating my review.

Great interview! Very friendly and thorough. They had clear questions that related to the specific position. The atmosphere was non threatening and they made me feel comfortable. They asked a variety of questions to get a good idea of who I was.
