Entrevista
First interview is done by program. If they like you, they will check your references. If you were not asked for references or your references were not contacted, this is a sure sign that you were not selected. Also, company will not tell you if you were not selected (company policy). HR is the last step for those who receive offers.

Entrevista
I had 2 interviews and 1 follow up, for all 3 the interviewers were late. There was no concerns about my time, during the interview 2 interviewers were texting and answering phone calls. The whole atmosphere was very unprofessional which is not my work ethics. There are no follow ups to your interview, I sent an email and no replies . I can only imagine what is a priority for their clients if they treat potential staff in this manner. I am so turned off with CAMBA...SMH
