Initially I had phone interview, second I was asked to design a task. After completing my task sent them for review and had a feedback on my work is good. lastly, they called me for face to face to finalise. Went there and the person who called me, showed how is the work what I will do and everything went good until then. I was asked to wait for some time and then they informed me hr will call you to discuss and I can return home. At this point I was confused, why do they called me face to face? . Later I tried follow up for the interview process and they have no decency to send me a reply. I think they are not sure how to process an interview or not serious about hiring. Why do you want me to waste time and money travelling to bangalore if your not sure on hiring.
