Entrevista
There was only one interview following the job application. It was a virtual interview on Zoom of about 45 minutes. There were two interviewers, both junior ESG consultants. They were very friendly. The questions were mostly motivational rather than technical.
The majority of the questions where behavioral based, asked about biggest challenge, how you overcome conflict, as well as greatest strengths and weaknesses. Interviewer also asked about what within this particular program sparked your interest.
