Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 meses. Fui entrevistado pela CBRE em set. de 2011
Entrevista
I applied for a job at CBRE in mid 2011. The interviewing process consisted of multiple phone interviews (I believe 5 or 6) and a 3 hour in-person interview. The phone interview process dragged on for 3 months before they requested me to fly in for an in-person interview on two days notice. The interview questions were fair-the interviewers were just trying to get a feel for my experience and if I was a good fit for the team. I was interviewing for a specific team, and spoke/interviewed with the same 4 or 5 people, and has the same main contact throughout the process. After my in-person interview I never heard back from them, despite telling me that a decision would be made later on in the week. I had a hunch that they did not think I was the right fit for the position (which was understandable- they were looking for a specific personality and skill set) but considering the fact that they strung me along for 3 months, I think it was completely rude and unprofessional of them to not to have the decency to get back to me. While I understand that everyone is understaffed and overworked these days, I made a number of accommodations for their interviewing process, including taking time off of work with very little notice, and I was astounded that they did not give me the courtesy of typing out a three sentence long email indicating that they decided to go in another direction. (Instead of seeing the position re-listed on their website.) If this is any indication of how this company treats their employees, I would seriously rethink applying to any position in this company in the future.

All of the questions were pretty normal run of the mill questions regarding experience and skills.
