I interviewed in Toronto. I met with the Office Manager first and did a brief interview with her for about 10 minutes. Then I was told to wait another couple of minutes to meet with 2 members of the team who would be working directly with the successful candidate. And finally, met with the partner who the team was supporting. The interview process was quite strange, I was asked more about my personal life than my previous experience/ job-related questions. For example, I was asked questions such as what I like doing for fun, if I live with my family, if I was born here, etc. The office manager seemed to be professional, but I suppose the rest need more training on how to conduct interviews, and in avoiding problem questions. They look for 'vibe' mainly, so keep that in mind when you are called in for an interview. Also, if you're a visible minority, Good Luck! :)
