The interview Process ended up taking about 6 months. You first go through an interview that weeds out people they do not think is broker material. Then you have to find a senior broker that it willing to hire and train you. This I was told can sometimes take up to a year.

First call through HR, then with the hiring team and finally with the team I would be working with. Easy questions, nothing out of the ordinary. I'd suggest doing some research on the company before the interview to have lots to talk about.
