The interview was coordinated by Human Resources so I really didn't know who I'd be meeting with beforehand. I had one round on the phone, and another in-office that lasted about 90 minutes. There were no surprises, just standard interview fare such as "Walk me through your resume" and "What are your long-term career goals?"

Straight forward and fair to navigate. I met with a few different employees including my future team leader and the managing director. They emphasized fit for the team, for the industry, and the client.

The process was 2-3 interviews. Every Interview got longer as time went on and you must expound upon what your skill set is. You must also give background on your real estate experience.

What are your aspirations for working for our company?
Very few steps, three interviews via zoom and phone call with the Recruiter and the Team Managers. It took about 1 month to have feedback about the process. Overall my experience was really good and I felt comfortable even though I was nervous.
