1st round of interview was the technical which was mostly basic concepts of project management. Further questions related to previous work experiences were asked
2nd Round - was HR interview which was regarding background check and then regarding the compensation
It has several stages for participants to pass through before they get an offer. First was a video interviewed follow by a case study presentation and another interview with top business leader.

More like a conversation. Friendly. Seamless. The interviewers were friendly and asked about me quite a lot - what I like doing, hobbies etc. They then moved to more technical questions relating to the job I was applying for.
