Phone screen by recruiter continued by a series of interviews with Hiring Manager and varied members of the Team. Very disappointed in communication flow and advisement of my candidacy throughout the interview process. Spent months interviewing with no formal feedback as to why I did not get the position - very unprofessional.

It was an informal interview process for brokerage arm. First interview was a recruiter from CBRE then the next was a manager from a different department that would work with the role.

fine, but lack of opportunities inside the firm. rather go to the buyer-side. sell-side are less valuable by many bigger firms. the process was overall stressed and not structured. but nice people
