The interview process with this company was extremely and unnecessarily tedious. The interviewer contacts me by phone to make an appointment for a phone interview which could have been done when she first initially contacts me. Also she did the phone interview over the speakerphone which made it very difficult to understand what she was saying

The process is pretty easy and casual.
First a Call with in-house recruiter.
Then a Call with facility manager.
Finally Teams call or in person with facilities manager.
Then I was offered the position.
