Applied through the website, got a call, did the phone interview. Interviewed in person with the office manager and hiring manager. Got an offer shortly thereafter. Was able to negotiate a +/- 8% bump in salary as well.

The hiring manager reached out to me via LinkedIn to apply for the role. We had an initial interview that went very well. It became clear though that the salary of the role did not match my experience. There was also an onsite requirement to the role which did not suit my living situation. I therefore withdrew my interest in the position after the interview.
