Applied and received a call within a month. Over the course of 3.5 months and 5 interviews, I met with the recruiter, hiring manager, team members, and senior leadership. After receiving rave reviews, both over via Zoom and email, I was ghosted. I would have been more forgiving if I got cut early in the stage, but after so many interviews, hours of research, and practice, it was very disheartening to receive radio silence. The team I met with was wonderful and all really nice folks. Just disappointed in how they handled it after several attempts on my part to receive an update.

Recruiter as a person was very nice, but when it came to her job was not very good. To begin with she never once e-mailed me, she would just call me at odd hours during the work day saying that she wanted to chat, considering I was working I was never able to answer her calls. They're were literally 10-12 phone calls between the two of us. I even set aside time on several different days for her to call me and she never did. Finally after two weeks of playing phone tag and me offering her my email several times so we can finally correspond she finally is able to reach me while I'm at the airport. But never one e-mail during this interaction We had a positive chat but at the end when it came to salary it was determined that I was well above their range. She still wanted me to chat with the hiring manager as she thought it was a good fit, and I was certainly open to it. Waited 3 weeks without any follow-up from her at this point I had accepted another offer. Never heard from her after that chat, but the entire experience was so weird. The least organized company I have ever come across. I sincerely hope they get their act together
