Interview process at CBRE is three phases. First, the hiring manager conducts a phone call/virtual interview. If the candidate passes the call interview a formal virtual or in-person interview is conducted. Lastly, if the candidate passes, a final in-person interview is conducted.

Entrevista
I was contacted by the hiring manager to set up an in-person interview after applying online 4 to 6 week prior. The interview was casual and took about an hour. Questions about past experience were asked as well as questions about career goals. The manager went into great details about the day to day operations of the department. I was promised that I would have an answer about the results of the interview within two weeks; however, two months later I have still not heard back.
