Corporate recruiter said local office would call about an interview after phone screening, but unfortunately I never got the second call. I believe I was over qualified for the open position and they didn't have a senior role available.

Phone call, few screening questions as well as accounting knowledge questions
First step in the process is a phone interview and then there is a one on one with the hiring manager

Entrevista
They had me go in for an interview but instead of interviewing, they sat me down in a conference room and take a 15-20 question test. The test included cost accounting, accounting principles, auditing, etc.
