The interview was straight forward and didn't contain any of the typical interview trick questions. Given my experience and as a former employee, the hiring manager and other interviewers asked direct and correlated experience questions from past CBRE experience.

Provided expectation of your role, very friendly interview, two way conversation. A really comfortable interview experience. A lot of sharing from the company about the structure, welfare benefit, and job details as well.

Interviewed with 8 team members. All of them were from India with zero diversity . The recruiter did not type the emails in professional or clear English. The interviewers were friendly and professional but this company seems to have a hiring bias towards one race given that the entire department is Indian and exec leadership.
