I hope this company realizes that they are losing out on potential candidates due to the unprofessionalism displayed from their 'outsourced recruiters. Based on other reviews it's obvious many agree. Recieved a voice message from a recruiter on a Fri who said she'd send a follow up email to request a time for a phone interview on Monday...which never came. I called her back stating it was never received and hours later it was sent. I gave my availability and never heard back. Monday came I sent an email requesting confirmation so I should know weather or not to make myself available. Nothing not even an acknowledgement until hours later about a 1/2 hr before the time I gave and she asked to make it later.. I agreed and didn't hear back until, she called later than her available time. ZERO communication. It's no wonder this position hasn't been filled for four months. Completely unprofessional.
