      Entrevista

      During the initial interview, she asked inappropriate and negative-leaning questions, such as who my worst boss was, and openly criticized the personalities of her coworkers as the biggest drawback of the job. However, in the presence of her coworkers during the second interview, she contradicted herself by claiming they were the best part of the role. She also was supposed to ask me the same questions from the first round but reframed them in a more polished and professional manner, clearly trying to present a different image of the process. When I shared my salary expectations, she scoffed and dismissed them, saying it was what they’d pay someone 'actually qualified,' despite the fact that I had been referred for this position and made it to the final round. One of her questions, 'How would you organize large amounts of data?' felt disconnected from the skills and role we had discussed, adding to the confusion about the process. After driving eight hours for this final-round interview, where I felt I showcased my abilities and commitment, I’ve now been waiting over four weeks without even the decency of a response. The combination of her dismissive attitude, contradictory behavior, and the lack of follow-up reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism and respect for candidates’ time and effort. When I learned that this woman would become my boss, I lost all interest in the role— I have no interest in working with unprofessional people with huge egos.

      Had a zoom call with the hiring manager about two weeks ago, had another call with a team of brokers a week and a half ago, and with another team last Wednesday. I’m going in this Wednesday to meet everyone and some additional people in person.

      Internal recruiter gives you a call. If it’s not a good time to talk, then they will schedule a time to do a phone screening. After that, they pass the notes to the hiring manager to schedule an interview with them. Then after that, you are rewarded with another interview with team members (producers, etc). After that, you’re rewarded with another interview.

      A recruiter reached out, then I met with the Operations manager, and then I went in person to meet the team. They really only pressed me about my Adobe experience.....and then the main broker said something about how his team is a "family," and that immediately did not feel genuine. The whole interview felt a little off, honestly.
