Entrevista
Initial form of motivational questions, then group exercise assessment centre in groups of 6. Usual format and not given any materials prior to AC to prepare. Group exercises were well organised.

Entrevista
The interview process is conducted over zoom. The company asks about prior relevant experience and interest in the field, above all else. The total interview will be around half an hour.
Hirevue followed by one zoom interview, very behavioral. Never got an answer back after following up with them. Interviewed for multiple locations and all were the same process. Just know about the company and your resume.

Tell me about yourself? Why are you interested in CBRE?
All easy behavioral questions. Come prepared with good questions to show some real estate knowledge. Started with phone call with recruiter and ended with super day via zoom with local brokers/employees. Lots of applications every year.
