One should apply through the dedicated web portal with filling required information, a great motivation letter, few recommendations from professors, cross the finger and if you are good you may get the job! If you don't get the job at the first time, try again, internal groups not always look for someone at every fellow turn.

There was a SONRU process which was challenging. And you need to be relax as much as possible during the video interview. However, at the end you will have a part that you can add your additional comments and wuestions which was helpful.

First I applied through the website. After a month I got a call with questions about my experience, personality and work history. They also asked me to send some piece of code to them. After a month I had a positive response from HR.
