Typing,Aptitute,PI,Techincal or operational questions asked by HR. After this they send you home and then they'll call if you're selected that'll be in a week or in a couple of weeks later. If didnt receive any calls from them then you yourself know what is the result.

Professional, friendly interview. Not too formal.
The result comes after a couple of weeks. 2 rounds of interviews and very quick interviews, not too long. After on board, it takes also a while before you pass the probation.

I was made to wait 3 hours for an interview. Very unprofessional. Recruiter does not pick the phone, reply to emails or call back ever. No one cares, bad culture
