I had a phone interview with HR just to check me out and perhaps vet me. After that I had a phone interview with mainly 2mployees (Project Lead, Technical lead) with the HR and Hiring manager in the phone interview. I was called to an on site interview where I had interviews with HR, Design Lead, Config Management, Technical Lead, Hiring manager.
