I applied for a supply chain role. Worked through their recruiting team in Texas. Three people were assigned the case before I finally interviewed with the hiring manager. No response for months. Recruiter for the company finally told me that I should just show up - she was frustrated and commented that she could not understand why there were not following up on a very qualified candidate that she was having issues filling because of the location (remote). Feedback stopped. 11 months later a recruiter called me and wanted me to apply for the same position... they still had not followed up or hired for the position. He commented that it was very difficult to get this facility to follow up and not sure what they were looking for as he had presented several extremely qualified candidates with little feedback.
