I applied online and then I received an e-mail to schedule an interview by phone.
The phone call was on time and the recruiter was very polite and clear.
Was a fast interview, about 30 minutes and all questions were focused on the job description, my experience and my interest in the company.

Entrevista
I had the opportunity to engage in a comprehensive interview process for the financial analyst position, interacting with three distinct managers in the accounting and financial reporting area. The discussion primarily focused on technical inquiries related to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Italian Gaap and analytical skills (mainly knowledge of Excel).
In addition to the technical assessments, an evaluation of my proficiency in the English language was conducted.
Beyond technical assessments, I had to complete a multiple-choice test designed to assess the alignment of my personality traits with the specific qualities sought for the role.
The overall experience was positive.

Entrevista
had a phone interview within about a week of applying. I then had a skype call with the plant controller which seemed like it went okay, but not great. Finally, I was asked to come in and have another interview with the HR rep and plant controller again. The meeting with the controller was very informal and he spent most of the time walking me around the plant showing me stuff. I then had a meeting with the HR manager who seemed like a nice lady but had very little to ask me and kept saying that she usually only deals with plant workers. I waited 4 weeks without a reply and then a general rejection. Based on some information I was given in the interview and conversations with others who have worked there in the past, they may not have hired anyone for the position and cut costs.

General questions about my professional experience. I was told they didn't have many specific questions about their position as "It was different than most analyst positions out there and the person chosen would have to learn on the job" seemed odd to me.

Entrevista
Applied online and was contacted by one of their talent people five days later and later had a short interview with her. That went well so three days later I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Soon after that they set up an onsite interview and had it two weeks later. I thought it went went well but have not heard anything from them since. It has been about 10 days since then so I am not sure what to think. Overall it has been a good experience. They pay for all travel expenses as I live over 150 miles away from where job is. Hopefully I get an offer soon, but am beginning to worry.
