Applied online, took assessment, received request for phone interview. The prepared questions were fairly standard, but I was surprised that they didn't ask anything about my work experience. More importantly, the interviewer asked several personal questions that made me uncomfortable. I don't need someone prying into my personal life and seemingly insulting me when I am trying to have a professional conversation.
