I went through a rigorous series of interview with the Cain Team over the span of two weeks. I spoke a lot with the success team and Ricky Cain himself as they got to know my goals for my career, as well as a bit more about me as a person. I took a KPA, which is typical of most Keller Williams teams, and Ricky and I spent a long hour going over the results, and he asked a lot of questions about my life and history in order to get to know me and see where I fit on the team. It was a very insightful interview all in all! I learned a lot about the team, and it gave me a chance to learn more about myself through the KPA testing and the long conversations.

The Interview process was intense, very thorough but amazing. There were several interview steps over 3 weeks. Including phone call screening, shadowing the team to get a feel for the team dynamic, interviews with team members, KPA assessment, motivation and life story interview, background check and references check. The questions were very intense and on a deeper level - very reflective. They want to see if the candidate's and companie's core values are aligned. I totally loved this process!
