Interview process, once it started, was smooth and easy. Calix does a great job of utilizing remote tools to save the hassle and expense of in-person interviews. I was interviewing while already employed, so I found this very convenient and efficient.

Entrevista
Quick succession of 30 minute interviews with executives, management and peers. All people were professional and courteous, interviewing for the right fit for the right position. 9 interviews were done fairly quickly, and the recruiting and talent and culture teams were very good to work with!

Timely & Transparent - The process moved along at a rapid pace. Calls were returned and questions were answered in a very timely fashion. Difficult questions were answered similarly by multiple interviewers.

I was contacted by a recruiter from Calix.
After speaking with the recruiter I was put in touch with the hiring manager.
After speaking with the hiring manager several interviews were scheduled with leaders across the organization by a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Scheduling was easy and flexible and done via Zoom Audio/Video conferencing.
After the Zoom interviews I met in person with the hiring manager.
The process went quickly, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator and the hiring manager made the process easy and flexible.
