Initial interview was over the phone, second round was in person at the property I would be working for with property manager. After that I was offered the position. There was no third round.

The interview process started with a call with a recruiter, then an in person meeting with the general manager, and finally ended with a zoom with the district manager. My recruiter was super helpful at answering any questions I had. The whole process was straightforward and everyone involved was very communicative.
