I had an excellent interview experience with Capco from start to finish. Travis was amazing. He followed up with me every step of the way, kept communication clear and timely, and truly made the process feel personal and supportive.
Every person I spoke with showed genuine passion, dedication, and pride in the work they do at Capco. Each conversation felt intentional and welcoming, and it was clear that the culture values both people and purpose, not just performance.
The interview process itself was well organized, respectful, and engaging. I felt heard, encouraged, and excited at every stage, which ultimately confirmed that this was a company I wanted to be part of. I am truly grateful for such a positive experience and am excited to begin this next chapter with a team that clearly cares about its people and the work they deliver.

They do multiple rounds of interviews with different teams - first an intro with the Human Resources recruiter, then a manager, and then technical team to gauge fit of your experience.

My interview process with Capco was one of the most welcoming and respectful experiences I’ve had in consulting. Every person I met was friendly, genuine, and intentional about creating a comfortable environment. There were no “gotcha” or trick questions — the conversations were straightforward, fair, and focused on understanding my experience.
I appreciated that they gave me time to think, ask for clarity, and speak openly without feeling judged. There was no sense of elitism or ego from anyone on the panel. Compared to other firms I’ve interviewed with, Capco’s culture felt noticeably more positive and grounded.
I left the interview feeling respected, valued, and confident that my background and experiences were truly appreciated.

Entrevista
Interview process was fairly smooth, mostly verbal questions and no live coding/coding exercises. Overall a nice experience.
Some issues after accepting the offer however, they then took 3 weeks to get back in contact with me. The response was that the role was no longer needed and i may get hired as a "culpability" role. Within 24 hours this was then changed to their is a role after all. This part was rather stressful.
