First Interview was just talking about the position and my experience. Second interview was an online assessment via CodePair about basic data manipulation and filtering. Third interview was a casual behavioral interview. They are looking for someone who is well versed in using AI agents and has experience with AI APIs. One of my interviews was rescheduled and pushed back like 2 weeks. They never reached out and ended up ghosting me after the last interview, despite me reaching out to them. Had a 10 min HR interview with a recruiter that went well. Since I am on OPT, they did say they can only offer contractor positions and that they would need to see further into the job for anything else. Then there was a technical round on glider. There will be 2 more rounds.
