3 interviews, all videoconferences: recruiter in Brazil, UK Principal Consultant, UK Partner. HR evaluated my experience, proficiency in the English language. Sent questionnaire requesting last salary and bonus. Second interview with UK Principal Consultant, evaluated my experience in financial services and project delivery. Third interview was with UK Partner, again asking about experience in delivery.

Describes what you would do in the first 3 weeks of an Open Banking project (without knowing the project scope sold to the Capco client).
At the end of the interview: I (interviewer) am not convinced that you have experience in project delivery (even I, candidate, having 10+ experience in sales and delivery of similar consulting projects, some of them for the Capco client). Can you present me more arguments?

Entrevista
I had a very positive interview experience with Capco. The entire process was well structured, transparent, and professionally run from start to finish. Everyone I met was friendly, supportive, and genuinely interested in getting to know me and my experience.
The interviewers were engaging and respectful, asked thoughtful questions, and created an environment where it was easy to have open, meaningful conversations. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely, which made the experience even better.
Overall, Capco left a great impression as a people-focused organisation with a strong culture and a well-run hiring process.

Multi-stage process. Initial screening by HR, followed by a few discussions with the leadership team on experience, including a case-study. Final interview with a couple of partners where I had to outline how can I make an impact on the firm including Business Development.
