Currently going through process...
Stage 1.
A) Motivations and a review your experience, relatively relaxed
B) someone from the business will want to go through your CV in person - they just want to see that you can talk about what’s on your CV and answer questions about how you did it
Stage 2: A person from the business will ask you to to develop an approach across a few slides/pages as to how you would start a project - think about the types of documents you would produce during a typical project. They’re really just looking for BA skills - they will ask questions to help you present.
Stage 3: haven’t completed it yet - sounds like a general interview with a senior person from the business to discuss your experience and understand if it’s a good fit.
They’ll share all this with you before you start the application process anyway, I’m just validating that they do actually follow the same process in practice. It’s been a great interview experience so far despite not always having the best reputation - I believe the recruitment process is just trying to see if you’re an easy person to get along with (the fit) and that you can talk about what’s on your cv.

Positive
My interview process with Capco was one of the most welcoming and respectful experiences I’ve had in consulting. Every person I met was friendly, genuine, and intentional about creating a comfortable environment. There were no “gotcha” or trick questions — the conversations were straightforward, fair, and focused on understanding my experience.
I appreciated that they gave me time to think, ask for clarity, and speak openly without feeling judged. There was no sense of elitism or ego from anyone on the panel. Compared to other firms I’ve interviewed with, Capco’s culture felt noticeably more positive and grounded.
I left the interview feeling respected, valued, and confident that my background and experiences were truly appreciated.

Interview process was fairly smooth, mostly verbal questions and no live coding/coding exercises. Overall a nice experience.
Some issues after accepting the offer however, they then took 3 weeks to get back in contact with me. The response was that the role was no longer needed and i may get hired as a "culpability" role. Within 24 hours this was then changed to their is a role after all. This part was rather stressful.
