Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela Capco (Londres, Inglaterra) em mar. de 2013
Entrevista
Went in for an assessment centre for the Associate Talent program. One the Managing Principles came to address us and company did a good job of presenting it as a great place to work for, telling us to dress "business casual",showing us flashy presentations and telling us that you have really "great" people at Capco and how its like a big family. This notion was subsequently trashed when I went in for several one-on-one "quick fire" round interviews. I felt some of them were intimidated by my experience and when I purposely talked about how great it would be to work at Capco (just to see their response), two of the interviewers became very "cynical"/ or had very cynical expressions and said things like "how do you know this is such a good place"? Heck, I thought to myself, what's with all the flashy presentations and all those things you told us at the beginning? It's just a big marketing ploy isn't it?
There was also a Q&A session towards the end, and someone asked about the retention rate for new hires. The managing principal sounded very evasive and just reading the reviews on this site made me realise why. He also talked taking in new hires and "moulding them" - i.e. brainwashing.
To be fair, I felt that there were two tiers of people at the firm. Some of them felt genuinely nice and smart, while some were not so genuine.
They held a one hour case study think tank in a group setting of 5 people. After the discussion, all members were invited to give a short presentation and a question and answer session.

Invited to a super day. Two 20-minute interviews and then a group case study. Interviews were easy and casual. The group case was fine too, just make sure you organize your time well.
