First f2f interview was standard HR questions.
The second interview - to say I was disappointed is an understatement. It was obvious the interviewer didn't want you to waste his precious time interviewing. He had his arms crossed 90% of the time. The way he unenthusiastically spoke down at you and looked at you made you wonder if you p***** him off in a previous life or something, and this was the follow up interrogation. If you gave an alternative viewpoint on a question which was not in line with his textbook answer, he would shoot you down and say you're wrong.
My only regret is not walking out after 5 minutes,

They do multiple rounds of interviews with different teams - first an intro with the Human Resources recruiter, then a manager, and then technical team to gauge fit of your experience.

My interview process with Capco was one of the most welcoming and respectful experiences I’ve had in consulting. Every person I met was friendly, genuine, and intentional about creating a comfortable environment. There were no “gotcha” or trick questions — the conversations were straightforward, fair, and focused on understanding my experience.
I appreciated that they gave me time to think, ask for clarity, and speak openly without feeling judged. There was no sense of elitism or ego from anyone on the panel. Compared to other firms I’ve interviewed with, Capco’s culture felt noticeably more positive and grounded.
I left the interview feeling respected, valued, and confident that my background and experiences were truly appreciated.

Entrevista
Interview process was fairly smooth, mostly verbal questions and no live coding/coding exercises. Overall a nice experience.
Some issues after accepting the offer however, they then took 3 weeks to get back in contact with me. The response was that the role was no longer needed and i may get hired as a "culpability" role. Within 24 hours this was then changed to their is a role after all. This part was rather stressful.
