When interviewing candidates, we want to learn more about an individual’s skills, experience and career aspirations in order to determine their fit for a role and Capco, rather than assigning candidates to a level/role upfront. For candidates, this presents a greater opportunity to find a role that is right for them at Capco, beyond the limitations of a single job posting. This approach does mean that we are not always able to articulate an exact salary range until we have got a better understanding of the candidate. However, we can assure all candidates that Capco pays competitively in the market and that we undertake regular benchmarking exercises to ensure that we are in line with other consulting firms. Regarding the lack of communication around timelines and next steps, this is not in line with our usual process and we apologize sincerely for this. Our goal is always to provide the best candidate experience and we will take your feedback onboard and share this with the team to ensure that lessons are learnt.
