The interview process involved going through a pre-screening recorded process with around 5 questions. Then they will reach out in regards to a 3.5 hour long assessment day. The day started out with 2 behavior interviews both around 30 minutes long. Then there is a group case study. The case study wasn't challenging and you will be working with a few others to present to a panel that basically will be watching you guys during the whole process.

The hiring process consisted of 3 stages, Online video questions via Hireflex, A take home presentation task and an in-person behavioural interview. Throughout the process I was well informed and regularly updated by Capco's hiring team and given feedback at every stage of the interview process. The team members conducting the interviews were incredibly friendly and really accommodating which allowed for me to showcase the best version of myself. I thoroughly enjoyed the interview process and the manner in which it was conducted!
