I had an interview with Capco Paris in April/May 2022 First interview with a senior architect who came unprepared but knows his subject and expect the applicants to do the same, he challenged me on my resume which was fine, but then started covering some more microservices architectures that someone can know just by googling few seconds. Non intelligent interview, just theory and basic knowledge oral test. Follow up with the CTO (talk about team management and the project) and HR interview. The HR was convincing and told me whatever the outcome will be, she will, within 2 days, send an email either with an offer or explaining why the profile doesn't match. And here it is, more than a month later nothing received, they completely ghosted me, I emailed her few times to get any answer, but she just ignored my emails. Capco needs to preserve its image by giving more consideration to the applicants, treating them better as we dedicate a lot of time and effort during those interviews, I hope measures will be taken.
