There are multiple rounds of interview, the recruiter was very helpful and proactive in attending any kind of assistance or questions you have (which is good!) Before selected for the interview, the recruiter will call you for screening and only then they will decide whether to move ahead with IV or not. The first round is basically with the project team and the second round is with the management team.

A lot of follow up questions after understanding your experience and followed by scenario based questions (below are some of them):- 1) You mentioned about leading a team, how big was the team? >How do you manage a low performing team member 2) What is your involvement in the BI project in your current company? >You have to deal with a difficult client, how do you approach them?

My interview process with Capco was one of the most welcoming and respectful experiences I’ve had in consulting. Every person I met was friendly, genuine, and intentional about creating a comfortable environment. There were no “gotcha” or trick questions — the conversations were straightforward, fair, and focused on understanding my experience.
I appreciated that they gave me time to think, ask for clarity, and speak openly without feeling judged. There was no sense of elitism or ego from anyone on the panel. Compared to other firms I’ve interviewed with, Capco’s culture felt noticeably more positive and grounded.
I left the interview feeling respected, valued, and confident that my background and experiences were truly appreciated.

Entrevista
Interview process was fairly smooth, mostly verbal questions and no live coding/coding exercises. Overall a nice experience.
Some issues after accepting the offer however, they then took 3 weeks to get back in contact with me. The response was that the role was no longer needed and i may get hired as a "culpability" role. Within 24 hours this was then changed to their is a role after all. This part was rather stressful.
