The role of HR is to support the process and candidate and, as a result, this will differ on each occasion with the individual needs and profile of the candidate. I can reassure you, however, that no discussions on salary are ended abruptly, unless there is a very unrealistic expectation by a candidate. Capco gets consistently good feedback from both current employees and recruits on our compensation and benefits offering on this forum. We aim to reward our people at the top of the relevant pay market for the role, and benchmark regularly against those on offer in competitors.
