Round 1- Competency based interview that focussed mostly on experience of project lifecycle (1hr)
Round 2- Business Analysis Case study (30 mins)- focussed on how you think and approach requirements
Round 3- Discussion with director (30 mins) more informal chat about if company is a good fit and expectations

It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.

I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
