Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Capco (Indianapolis, IN).
Entrevista
The experience was genuinely enjoyable and not stressful at all. The process felt more like a conversation rather than a formal, high-pressure interview, which made it a lot more comfortable. The interviewer was approachable, which allowed for open dialogue and a relaxed exchange of ideas.
Even though I didn’t ultimately get the job, I thoroughly appreciated how professional and considerate the entire process was. It felt like they truly valued getting to know me as a person, rather than solely focusing on evaluating my qualifications.
I would definitely recommend this organization or team to others seeking a similar experience, as it left me with a positive impression despite the outcome. It was refreshing and encouraging compared to other, more rigid interview processes.

Invited to a super day. Two 20-minute interviews and then a group case study. Interviews were easy and casual. The group case was fine too, just make sure you organize your time well.
